You needed a home and we needed you.  Timid, shy, and desperately
seeking affection, I hope your short time with us was as meaningful and
rewarding to you as it was for us.  You seemed to have had a rough
start, but you kept your enthusiasm for life and each day you grew.
We'll never forget how you touched our life.  We'll especially miss your
excitement at greeting us on the backyard deck, the slap of your doggy
door and your wet cold tongue on our feet.  You were a member of our
family.  You'll always be our "Rosebud."
